Return Material Authorization (RMA) Procedure

The customer shall provide an Invoice number and the reason for the return, and if approved, an RMA will be issued subject to the following terms.

Defective Product Returns:  Customer contacts TCPoly to receive an RMA number and then ships the defective filament back at the Customer’s expense.  Replacement product will be shipped to the customer at TCPoly’s expense within 7 business days of receipt.

Refundable Product Returns:  TCPoly filament may be returned within 45 days of shipment from TCPoly to the Customer.  If the filament has been unopened, then a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping or special handling, will be made to the Customer.  If less than 25% of the filament has been used, measured by weight, then a refund will be made less a 10% restocking fee.

Filament shall be sent back to TCPoly with the RMA number clearly written on the box next to the shipping label:
