Refund Policy for Online Purchases
The customer shall provide an Invoice number and the reason for the return, and if approved, an RMA will be issued subject to the following terms.
Defective Product Returns: Customer contacts TCPoly to receive an RMA number and then ships the defective filament back at the Customer’s expense. Replacement product will be shipped to the customer at TCPoly’s expense within 7 business days of receipt.
Refundable Product Returns: TCPoly filament may be returned within 30 days of customer’s receipt of the shipped product. If the filament has been unopened, then a full refund of the purchase price will be returned to the customer once the product is returned at customer’s expense. If less than 25% of the filament has been used, measured by weight, then a refund will be made less a 15% restocking fee when returned at the customer’s expense. A refund will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
Filament shall be sent back to TCPoly with the RMA number clearly written on the box next to the shipping label:
