Ice9 Rigid is a nylon based thermally conductive composite with temperature stability above 150°C. The pellets are electrically non-conducting and have a thermal conductivity of 4 W/m-K. These pellets can be extruded, injection molded and formed into 3D printing filament. The material is ideal for mold tooling and any applications requiring high thermal conductivity, stiffness and high temperature stability.

These are products that we find useful.
A high performance filament extruder for today’s filaments, especially for flexible filaments that may require added control.
Gizmo Dorks Wide Painters Tape
Painters tape for 3D printing that is 6.25″ x 100′.
24 Piece Extruder Nozzle Kit
Thermally conductive filament performs best with larger filament diameters. This kit has 6 sizes from 0.2mm to 1.0mm.
Thermally Conductive Epoxy
Should your thermal application require an adhesive epoxy, we have found that MG Chemicals epoxy works well in our lab.
